Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests work for ProposalPilot.

Last updated May 16, 2026

Cancellation

You can request subscription cancellation through support or through the billing flow once payment management is live. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, you keep access until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

We review refund requests in good faith. Refunds may be approved for accidental duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or first-time purchases requested within 7 days when the product has not been materially used.

Refunds are generally not provided for heavy usage, submitted proposals, consumed AI generation, account limitations caused by third-party platforms, Upwork Connects or platform fees, or outcomes outside ProposalPilot's control.

Third-party costs

ProposalPilot subscription fees do not include Upwork Connects, platform charges, bank fees, exchange-rate costs, taxes, or other third-party expenses. Those costs are not refundable by ProposalPilot.

Paddle billing

When public billing is enabled, payments are expected to be processed through Paddle. Paddle checkout, invoice, tax, dispute, and refund handling may apply in addition to this policy.

How to request help

Email palash@alignxmedia.com with the account email, invoice or order details, and the reason for the request.
