- To manage billing, subscription status, invoices, taxes, refunds, disputes, and payment support when public billing is enabled.
Chrome extension data handling
The Chrome extension runs in your browser and uses your existing Upwork session. It does not ask for or store your Upwork password.
The extension may read Upwork page content, job data, proposal pages, Connects balance, and proposal analytics needed to provide the features you enable. Required data is sent to Leverage Proposals over HTTPS using your workspace extension token.
References to Upwork are for compatibility and descriptive purposes. Leverage Proposals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Upwork Inc.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We use infrastructure, model, and product providers such as Supabase, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare for the public website, and Dodo Payments for billing when payment processing is enabled.
Data is shared with those providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, bill, improve, or comply with legal obligations for Leverage Proposals.
We may disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal process, enforce our terms, or handle billing, tax, chargeback, or security matters.
Access, deletion, and retention
You can request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support. We retain account, campaign, job, proposal, analytics, billing, plan-limit, and operational records while your account is active or as needed for security, support, debugging, legal compliance, tax, billing, dispute, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Some aggregated or operational records may be retained after deletion when they no longer identify you or when retention is required to protect the service.
