Legal business and brand

Leverage Proposals is the product and public brand operated by AlignX Media. The public product website is https://leverageproposals.com, and the app is available at https://app.leverageproposals.com.

References to Upwork or other third-party services are made for nominative, descriptive, and compatibility purposes only. Leverage Proposals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Upwork Inc. or any third-party marketplace.

Use of the service

Leverage Proposals provides workflow software for campaign configuration, job review, AI-assisted drafting, proposal queueing, submission assistance, and reporting through accounts and browser sessions controlled by the user. The service does not act as an employment agency, marketplace, broker, platform representative, or guarantor of any third-party outcome.

You determine the searches, filters, campaign settings, proposal mode, submission mode, account connection, and browser session used with the service. Generated text, scores, analytics, and recommendations are operational outputs for review and do not replace your independent judgment, professional responsibility, or obligation to verify the accuracy and suitability of any submission.

Account and extension access

You are responsible for keeping your Leverage Proposals account, browser profile, extension token, and Upwork account secure. The Chrome extension uses your existing browser session and should only be installed in a Chrome profile you control.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Leverage Proposals to spam, impersonate, deceive, harass, or submit misleading proposals.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform rules, rate limits, access restrictions, or enforcement systems.
• Do not submit proposals on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Do not use stolen credentials, session data, tokens, or unauthorized account access.
• Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity, or activity that creates risk for Leverage Proposals or other users.
• Do not use the service in a way that could reasonably impair third-party systems, Leverage Proposals infrastructure, or another user's account.

Third-party platforms

Third-party platforms, including Upwork, are independent services with their own terms, technical controls, enforcement practices, and business decisions. Your use of Leverage Proposals must be consistent with any platform terms, policies, account rules, and applicable law that apply to you. Platform changes, account reviews, restrictions, suspensions, ranking changes, access interruptions, or enforcement decisions are matters between you and the applicable platform.

Plans, billing, and capacity limits

Leverage Proposals plan limits are shown in the dashboard and on the public pricing page. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments may act as reseller and Merchant of Record, and checkout may include provider terms for taxes, invoices, chargebacks, payment processing, billing support, cancellation, and refunds.

Subscription access depends on successful payment and active account status. If a payment fails, access may be limited, paused, or cancelled until the issue is resolved.

Plans include monthly proposal submission limits, campaign limits, daily submission limits, scoring or scan volume, and other product capacity limits that may be displayed in the app, checkout, or pricing pages. Limits may reset on a monthly cycle and may be adjusted for operational, abuse-prevention, or plan-design reasons. If a limit is reached, access to the affected feature may pause until the next reset or until an approved paid capacity increase is applied.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy. Refund requests are handled according to Dodo Payments checkout terms, payment-network rules, and applicable consumer law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.

No guaranteed results

Leverage Proposals can help with workflow, drafting, submission, and analytics, but it does not guarantee job invitations, replies, offers, platform standing, revenue, or client outcomes. Subscription fees purchase access to the service and plan capacity, not a guaranteed third-party result.

Data, operation, and compatibility

The service may process account, profile, campaign, job, proposal, usage, and diagnostic information to provide drafting, scoring, reporting, billing, abuse prevention, support, and product improvement functions.

Leverage Proposals depends in part on browser behavior, user configuration, third-party websites, third-party payment systems, model providers, and infrastructure providers. Changes to those services may affect availability, compatibility, pricing, response times, or feature behavior. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, reliability, or business reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of remedies

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AlignX Media disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, platform compatibility, and any guarantee of replies, interviews, contracts, revenue, account standing, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlignX Media and its owners, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, loss-of-goodwill, business-interruption, platform-enforcement, or third-party-account consequences arising from or related to the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
